ENTERTAINMENT

Deposit & Payment A Non-Refundable

A deposit is required to reserve your performance and can be paid via Zelle!

Balance due must be paid in cash before the entertainment starts

10% of tax will be added if you will pay via Paypal or Zelle

Entertainers do not always have a change, so please try to have the exact amount due at the time of payment. If will be canceled from our side, Fairy Castle will provide you with a full refund event!

*If the venue requires payment for parking, the customer is responsible for the charge.

*Remaining balance is due by the day of the event. Payment must be made PRIOR to the performance or your character will not perform.

*We accept payment cash only!  NO CHECKS!

*10% of tax will be added if you will pay via Paypal or Zelle

*We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any visit due to severe weather conditions. (deposit will be reimbursed if the visit is canceled)

*We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for parties scheduled on holidays.

We provide service in all Chicago areas, Chicago  Suburbs, and Miami FL.

We do charge an extra fee for travel more than 15 miles

SHOULD I TIP MY ENTERTAINER AND SERVICE?

*While our entertainers certainly do not expect a tip, it is always appreciated. Our performers work hard to provide you with the best entertainment.

If you would like to give your performer a tip, please pay them directly.
